Working together this festive season
This year, Geelong Foodshare is partnering with Holiday Inn & Suites Geelong through their Gift of Giving campaign. The initiative is simple but powerful: for every corporate booking made during the festive season, a portion of the spend will be donated to Geelong Foodshare.
Why it matters
Each week, we supply food to more than 20,000 people across Greater Geelong through over 70 local partners. With one in three people in our community experiencing food insecurity, partnerships like this one strengthen our ability to deliver reliable food support where it’s most needed.

A campaign led by community values
Holiday Inn’s Conference & Events Sales Executive, Jessica Smith, developed the Gift of Giving campaign as a way for local businesses to give back during a challenging time. Backed by her colleagues, the initiative reflects the importance of local organisations stepping up to support food security.
